Kerry Way, the most popular Irish walking trail is passing the house making it the perfect stopover before or after walking through the Black Valley.

This popular walking trail (click here for a map) passes near the house between Glenbeigh and the Black Valley. We are well prepared for walkers, offer evening meals, packed lunchesand laundry service. We cooperate with Shamrock B&B Black Valley and Emir View B&B Glenbeigh and can provide Luggage Transfers between our B&Bs (fees apply).
Gap of Dunloe Killarney

A magnificent round trip over quiet Ballaghbeema Pass and through Moll's Gap leads you on a day tour through Killarney National Park past the famous lakes into Killarney town and further on to the Gap of Dunloe. The scenery is breathtaking and can best be enjoyed by foot on many marked walks or with jaunting cars waiting near Kate Kearney's Cottage to take you through the Gap with its beautiful views!
